AI answers can be wrong
The chat assistant can misunderstand you, leave things out or be wrong. It is not a person and does not guarantee anything. The assistant is powered by an AI language model from an outside provider (Groq), so its wording is generated and is not checked by a person; prices it mentions come from the listing and are indicative, and it never confirms a booking or availability. If the AI model is unavailable, the assistant says so. Always confirm dates, prices, availability, policies and safety details with the business directly.
Demo and sample data
Where a page shows sample, demonstration or test data, it is labelled "DEMO" (or similar). Demo businesses, prices and enquiries are not real, cannot be booked and must not be relied on. Anything not labelled comes from what a business submitted.
Bookings are confirmed only by the provider
Sending an enquiry through zetoask.com does not book or reserve anything. A booking is confirmed only when the business or its booking provider confirms it to you. Until you have that confirmation, treat nothing as booked and do not pay on the strength of an enquiry alone. zetoask.com does not show live availability or take payments for bookings at present.
Directory information and verification
Listings are published by the businesses themselves and shown as submitted. Some listings are instead created by zetoask.com from licensed open data (OpenStreetMap) and are labelled "Unverified – the owner hasn't claimed this listing"; their details come from that source, may be out of date or wrong, and you cannot send an enquiry through zetoask.com until the owner claims the listing. zetoask.com does not check every statement. Each listing shows a status: Verified means zetoask.com has verified the business's details against the evidence it asked for; Not verified yet means it has not. Verification is not an endorsement, a quality rating or a guarantee. At present verification is not available, so listings show "Not verified yet". Contact details, photos, facilities and policies may be out of date.
Prices
Prices are shown with their source and date where known. They may change and may not include taxes, fees or extras. The price that applies is the one the business confirms to you.
