Refund and Cancellation

Billing is not active yet. zetoask.com does not charge anything today, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

The operator of zetoask.com is identified on the Privacy Notice, which is the one place its legal name is shown.

What this means now

• Searching, chatting, sending an enquiry and listing a business are free at present.
• No payment is taken for any booking. Enquiries are not bookings; any booking, deposit, refund or cancellation is between you and the business, under that business's own terms.

If paid plans are introduced

Before any charge is made, zetoask.com will show you, clearly and in advance:

• the plan price;
• GST at 18%, shown separately from the price;
• whether the plan renews automatically, and how often;
• how to cancel, and what refund (if any) applies.

This page will be updated with the final terms before billing starts. Until then, no amount is due from you.
